At Kettle Containers we run a customised delivery service whereby, you, the customer can specify a suitable time/day for your order to be delivered.
This is a brief guide to how our delivery service works.
CONTAINER DELIVERIES: All of our prices for 10', 20' and 40'HC containers include delivery to one address. Once your container of furniture has cleared through the customs procedure it will be available to deliver, normally within 7 days of docking for England/Scotland/Wales and 5 days for Ireland. You will be contacted by a member of our transport team to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. If the container is delayed because the customer cannot accept delivery for whatever reason, then any cost incurred will be passed on to the liable party.
WHOLESALE DELIVERIES: If you spend £1000 or more then you are eligable for FREE DELIVERY throughout the UK and Ireland. Once your order is ready to despatch then a member of our transport team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time . It is our policy that all new customers will have to pay cleared funds for their order before any goods are despatched.
