Q1:- What are the drawer bases made from?
| The drawer bases are 8mm thick, 100% solid timber and fully finished to match the product. |

Q2:- What are the backings made from?
| The backings on of all our products are made from 100% solid timber and are fully finished to match the product. |

Q3:- How do your chairs come boxed?
| All our dining chairs come in semi flat packed form and are boxed in ones. |

Q4:- Are all your products made from 100% solid timber?
| Yes all our ranges are made from 100% solid timber. None of our products see any chipboard or veneer. |

Q5:- How many hours are we allocated to unload our container?
| You are allocated 3 hours to unload a 40'HC, 2 hours to unload 20' and 1 hour to unload a 10' container. If you need to take longer you may be charged £40 per hour. |

Q6:- How would we be compensated for damaged goods?
| All you need to do is send us a picture of the damaged product by email or by post and we will be happy to swap it over ASAP. However this is an uncommon occurrence as our return rate currently is only 0.0238% and we are doing our best to reduce this further. |

Q7:- How protective is your packing compared to other companies?
| A7:- Our packing consists of 5 stages: 1st we secure every drawer and protect every handle. 2nd we wrap the furniture in a dust proof sheet. 3rd we cover every surface in polystyrene. 4th we cover each corner with corner protectors. 5th we cover the product in a 8mm 3 ply cardboard box to ensure that your furniture arrives to you in perfect condition. All our products are drop and shake tested to make sure the packing we give it is more than sufficient. |
